The 49-year-old actor created a personalised version of the "On My Way" video, which included footage from the couple's romance between 2002 and 2004.
In her On the JLo newsletter, Lopez shared the video with her fans and referred to it as "very special and personal."
"Watching it made me think about the journey of true love, its unexpected twists and turns, and that when it's real, it actually can last forever. This seriously melted my heart," she said.
Romances in Hollywood may be fleeting, but it's safe to say that we've got our fingers crossed that these two go the distance.
