The 49-year-old paired the high-drama gown with silver Jimmy Choo platform sandals, Lorraine Schwartz jewellery and a matching clutch. She wore her hair in a top knot, nude lips and bronzed eyes.
Also walking the red carpet were Lopez's co-stars, Vanessa Hudgens, who wore a coral Marc Jacobs dress, Milo Ventimiglia and Leah Remini.
However, the one attendee we couldn't get enough of was Alex Rodriguez, who was the perfect Instagram boyfriend, taking photos of Lopez as she posed on the red carpet:
