Jessica Falkholt’s Parents And Sister Laid To Rest After Horror Boxing Day Crash

Jessica is still fighting for her life in hospital

Jessica Falkholt’s mother, father and sister—who were killed in a horrific Boxing Day car crash—were laid to rest on Wednesday at a ceremony attended by hundreds in Sydney’s inner west.

As The Sydney Morning Herald reports, Lars Falkholt, 69, his wife Vivian, 60, and their 21-year-old daughter Annabelle, died after their car collided with a four-wheel-drive near Ulladulla. The other driver, Ulladulla man Craig Anthony Whitall, also lost his life in the crash.

A funeral notice for the ceremony at St Mary’s Catholic Church in Concord described the Falkholt family as a “dearly loved and cherished father, mother and sister to Jessica”.

“Lars, Vivian and Annabelle will be deeply missed by Vivian’s brother Paul Ponticello, his children Paul and Natalie, along with many relatives and friends both near and far.”

Tragically Jessica, who still remains in a coma in a critical condition at St George Hospital, missed the service.

According to The Daily Telegraph, the 29-year-old Home and Away actor has undergone multiple surgeries, including the removal of her kidney and part of her skull.
