Watch The Sweet Moment John Krasinski Cheered On Emily Blunt At The Golden Globes

In case you missed it, love is not dead in the Blunt/Krasinski household

We already knew John Krasinski and Emily Blunt were complete couple goals. They really cemented that when Krasinski revealed he’d watched Blunt’s iconic breakout appearance in The Devil Wears Prada a whopping 75 times — admitting it’s his all time favourite film, something we’d definitely stand with him on. But this latest show of love might just take the cake for the cutest couple moment from the pair, who officially cemented their status as Hollywood’s most loved-up duo this week.

Attending the 2019 Golden Globes on Sunday, the pair walked the red carpet together (with Blunt donning a seriously stunning Alexander McQueen gown for the occasion), making us melt with love at their first red carpet appearance for the year — but, as we should have expected from a couple this in love, there was more to come.

Blunt, who picked up a nomination for her role as Mary Poppins in Mary Poppins Returns, took to the stage to present an award with co-star Dick Van Dyke, something the audience (or should we say, one particular audience member) certainly enjoyed.

Krasinski, who was sitting just in front of stage a few rows back, didn’t let the moment pass unnoticed, letting out a huge cheer for his wife. Cupping his hands around his mouth, the actor made sure to let everyone know that yes, he’s married to her! Twitter, of course, immediately picked it up, proclaiming their love of the Golden Globes’ most outrageously cute couple.

The pair have been dating since 2008 after being introduced by a mutual friend. According to Krasinski, it was definitely love at first sight — he even went as far as to tell Blunt that on their first date. “ I met her and I was so nervous. I was like, ‘Oh god, I think I’m going to fall in love with her.’ As I shook her hand I went, ‘I like you!'” the actor told Ellen DeGeneres.

The pair married in 2010 (at George Clooney’s Lake Como house, no less) and now have two daughters, Violet and Hazel.

Now, if this latest proclamation of love is anything to go by, we’ve got ourselves another Blake Lively/Ryan Reynolds and Chrissy Teigen/John Legend situation — and we’re 100 per cent on board.
