The singer and actor was in New Orleans filming a movie when the footage was captured, which also showed him sans wedding ring despite being married to Jessica Biel since 2012. Now, the singer is wanting to set the record straight once and for all.

Following the reports, multiple sources spoke out to deny anything was going on between Justin and Alisha, saying they were out with all of the cast and crew and that the touching was innocent.
“They are downplaying everything and trying to laugh it off as nothing,” a source told E! News. “But it was definitely inappropriate and something that would make any wife uncomfortable,” they continued.
“He had too much to drink and got carried away.”
Now, Justin has taken to Instagram to directly respond to the rumours – issuing a public apology to his wife, Jessica Biel, and his family. “I stay away from gossip as much as I can, but for my family I feel it is important to address recent rumours that are hurting the people that I love,” he began.
“A few weeks ago I displayed a strong lapse in judgement – but let me be clear – nothing happened between me and my costar,” he continued. “I drank way too much that night and I regret my behaviour. I should have known better. This is not the example I want to set for my son. I apologize to my amazing wife and family for putting them through such an embarrassing situation, and I am focused on being the best husband and father I can be. This was not that.”
He finished, “I am incredibly proud to be working on Palmer. Looking forward to continuing to make this movie and excited for people to see it.”
Justin and Jessica wed in 2012 and share four-year-old son Silas.
