Kate Beckinsale’s Husband Of 12 Years Files For Divorce

Actress Kate Beckinsale and her husband of 12 years, Len Wiseman, have made their split official after the director officially filed divorce papers citing irreconcilable differences.
The couple separated in November 2015, but are believed to have secretly split months earlier.

Len, 43, has since moved on with 25-year-old actress CJ Franco.
The couple met on the set of Underworld in 2003 in which Kate starred and Len directed, they were both in other relationships at the time.
In 2012 the actress gushed about working with her husband.

“The first time we met each other was when we were filming Underworld, she told Parade Magazine. “And then we worked together again after we’d been married a short while, and now we’ve been married seven years, so I’ve had quite a few different experiences along the way.”
Kate was previously with actor Michael Sheen from 1995 to 2003 with whom she shares 17-year-old daughter Lily.
