Throughout the past 12 months, Kate Middleton has stylishly mastered the Zoom-friendly wardrobe—wearing everything from blue, floral dresses as a nod to healthcare workers on the frontline to enviable jewellery rumoured to be a wedding anniversary gift from Wills.
For their latest appearance, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge made a special video call to discuss the COVID-19 vaccine in the U.K. The couple chatted with individuals living with long-term health conditions, which has put them at a higher risk during the pandemic, including Fiona Doyle, a woman with asthma, and Shivali Modha, who lives with type 2 diabetes.
"I have always been somebody who truly believes in vaccines, and I truly believe in science and medicine," Doyle candidly told the couple. "I think that it's the best way to look ahead to have a much brighter future and go back to normality. I really hope that as many people as possible, when they get called up for it, take it."
Modha agreed, adding: "I think it's important that we now move forward and I'm hopeful that more and more people do realise how important it is that they get their vaccination. And how lucky we are that we're even able to access it. Just like this condition, this virus, the idea of this vaccination is new. But the more people that get it you realize that actually it is helpful."
For the occasion, Kate wore a dark green "Duchess" wool blazer from Smythe, paired with a sleek white bodysuit from British brand Holland Cooper. The duchess complemented her look with her signature blowout and simple hoop earrings. Of course, never one to shy away from timeless classics, Kate was spotted in a similar bodysuit just last month and a wool jacket in 2016.
