While Kate and Prince William were visiting the Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Centre in Pakistan, they sat down to have a tea party with a seven-year-old girl, Wafia Rehmani. Both Kate and the little girl wore matching toy tiaras for the occasion.
Even Prince William joined in the fun, sipping on his imaginary tea.
The hospital is the same one Princess Diana visited in 1996 and 1997.
“In 1996 and 1997 Diana, Princess of Wales visited the Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital, a state-of-the-art cancer facility located in the centre of Lahore,” Kate and William posted on their Instagram.
“Over twenty years on, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will visit the children’s ward at the hospital today to spend time with patients undergoing treatment, and speak to their families.”
