First, her post-breakup style following split from Jamie Foxx widely regarded her as a must-watch style star (even if she didn’t quite know it), following her casually hailing a cab on the streets of New York City in Khaite’s Scarlet cashmere cardigan and matching Eda bralette.
Now, as the warmer weather officially kicks in the actress has predicted the resurgence of one early aughts trend we never thought we’d see again. Walking around N.Y.C., Holmes gave the tube top her tick of approval for summer, wearing an unexpected Khaite style on a stroll, pairing the knitted white top with ankle-cropped skinny jeans, white sneakers and matching tote.
She topped off the ensemble with another must-have accessory of the season, a face mask, along with black sunglasses.
If Holmes’ look is anything to go by, it seems millennial fashion is officially back with a vengeance.
