Kayla Itsines rang in the new year by announcing the gender of her first child with partner Tobi Pearce.
The fitness moguls, who have been together for over six years, first revealed they are expecting a baby in a heartwarming video on December 20th. “To be able to start my own family with the person I love most in this world is just an absolute dream come true,” Kayla wrote at the time.
Now, the pair has shared the gender of their impending arrival with their 11m followers. Taking to Instagram on January 1st, Kayla shared a video of her popping a gender reveal balloon with Tobi and her family.

“AWWW!! @tobi_pearce screamed “YYYESSSSSSS!!!!!” (and I ate half the confetti, it’s fine😂) WE ARE SOOOOO EXCITED!!”
“From the first day we found out we were pregnant Tobi said “It’s a girl!! I can FEEL IT!!… but for now, I will call her baby muffin… but I know it’s a girl, I love her so much already, when can I meet her?” Kayla wrote. “How long do I have to wait? This isn’t fair!!! I want to hold her now” haha sooooo cute!!”
