The 37-year-old simply shared a photo of Louis Vuitton’s iconic print without a caption, the second image the star has shared since her third child was welcomed via surrogate on January 15, 2018.
Hundreds of fans are flooding the comments with guesses about the designer inspired moniker.
“The baby is named Vuitton im [sic] calling it now,” one wrote.
Another said, “Louis Vuitton is what she’s calling her kid”.
Other guesses include Elle, Lu and Louise.
Kim previously revealed that big sister North West was a fan of the name Star for her youngest sibling.
