The most unexpected celebrity pairing of 2019 has been revealed and no, it’s not Pete Davidson and Kaia Gerber. It’s Kim Kardashian and Sharon Strzelecki. Yes, that’s right, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star and KKW Beauty founder has teamed up with national treasure Magda Szubanski for an Uber Eats ad, during which she learns how to pronounce ‘noice’ in true Shazza fashion.
The ad shows netball teammates Sharon and Kim lounging around on the couch as they decide what to order for dinner. Sharon opts for pesto gnocchi and garlic bread to “keep me carbed up” and Kim goes for chicken shnitty, which she pronounces exactly as the Aussies would. Sharon then attempts to teach Kim how to properly pronounce ‘noice,’ but Kim replies, “I literally have no idea what you’re saying.”
Naturally, Australia has thoughts on the unexpected duo, mostly that it’s brilliant and we need more. Kath and Kim Kardashian, anyone?
