When the Tristan Thomspon cheating scandal broke just days before Khloe Kardashian gave birth, many immediately pointed the finger at Kardashian mastermind Kris Jenner. Twitter went into overdrive with the wild theory that momager Kris actually spread rumours about Thompson’s alleged infidelity for maximum drama.
But in an interview with KIIS 101.1 on Thursday, family friend Lisa Stanley squashed all rumours that Kris orchestrated the drama.
“That is such horseshit [the rumor Kris planned this whole thing],” Stanley told the station, Buzzfeed reports.
“I mean, listen, even Kris has her lines she draws in the sand and by the way, she’s not going to plan something against her child who’s not only been through hell and back with Lamar Odom, that cheating scumbag, but now she’s dealing with this guy!”
Khloe welcomed her first child—a baby girl—on April 12. According to reports, Thompson, Kourtney, Kris and Khloe’s best friend Malika were all by her side in the delivery room.
