Princess Diana’s niece, Lady Kitty Spencer, is engaged to her 60-year-old millionaire partner, Michael Lewis and according to The Sunday Times will convert to Judaism ahead of the big day.

According to the Daily Mail, Lewis proposed to 29-year-old Spencer over the Christmas holiday, though the couple is yet to confirm the news. Spencer is currently holidaying in Cape Town; documenting her current trip on Instagram.
"Michael proposed to Kitty before Christmas. She's been in Cape Town for the holidays and told her mother and the rest of the family," a source told the publication. "Michael is loved by all of them. Despite his wealth, he's very humble and low key."
According to another source via The Sunday Times, Lady Spencer is “taking religious instruction” toward conversion in order to marry fashion tycoon Michael Lewis.
The couple made their public debut last May, when they were spotted walking around New York City together. Since then, it has been hard to catch a glimpse of the pair. However, pictures of Lewis and Spencer kissing emerged in August while they were holidaying in St Tropez.
The couples 31-year age difference has been at the heart of headlines, considering Lewis is actually older than Kitty’s 55-year-old father, Charles Spencer.
