Blake Lively is nearing the end of her pregnancy with baby number two, this week she celebrated her star-studded baby shower, and now her husband Ryan Reynolds has revealed exactly how their second bub came about.

At an event for the One Tree Initiative which aims to protect and restore American forests, the 39-year-old spoke about how he seduced his wife leading to the conception of their baby-to-be.
In true Ryan style, he joked that they have a certain singer to thank for Blake’s current pregnancy. “Yeah, ya know, [I] just played a little Lionel Richie, and the mood hit!” the actor told PEOPLE.

Reynolds also spoke about his love of hiking and the outdoors, something he tries to involve his daughter James in.”I’m a big outdoorsman. My relationship with the outdoors is a long, storied one and something I value greatly,” he said.
“I love doing it with my family. I take my daughter with me all the time on hikes. My wife is just extraordinarily pregnant, so there’s not a lot of hiking going on, which I’m told is my fault.”
