Ryan Reynolds has been named GQโs 2016 Man of the Year, (yep weโll toast to that) and he has opened up about falling in love with wife Blake Lively.
Speaking about the moment he knew it was โgoing to happenโ with the actress, he joked, โprobably after the sexโ.
โNo, we were hanging out at this little restaurant in Tribeca thatโs open really late, and this song came on and I was just like, โWant to dance?โ No one was in there, so it was just totally empty. And it was just one of those moments where halfway through the dance, it was like, โOh, I think I just crossed a line.โ And then I walked her home. And, uh, you know, I donโt really need to go into what happened after that.โ
The couple have now been married for four years and welcomed their second daughter in September.
The 40-year-old Deadpool star also opened up about struggling with a โnervous breakdownโ after he finished filming the hit movie.
โWhen [filmingDeadpool] ๏ฌnally ended, I had a little bit of a nervous breakdown. I literally had the shakes,โ he tells the magazine.
โI went to go see a doctor because I felt like I was suffering from a neurological problem or something. And every doctor I saw said, โYou have anxiety.'โ
โI say this with the caveat that I completely recognise the ridiculously fortunate position that I am in. But the attention is hard on your nervous systemโthat might be why I live out in the woods.โ
