Photographs obtained by the Daily Mail show the couple taking a breather from quarantine in their hometown of Los Angeles with Meester proudly showcasing her blossoming baby bump.
The A-list couple are already parents to daughter Arlo Day who was born in August 2015.
Famously tight-lipped about family life, the pair are rarely spotted in public and have kept their relationship on the lowdown since tying the knot in 2014.
The Gossip Girl alum first met Brody on the set of 2011 rom-com The Oranges and the duo swiftly got engaged two years later much to the delight of fans.
Yet despite having Instagram, Meester rarely shares images of her personal life.
Speaking about her decision to stay away from headlines in order to safeguard her career, the actress told Refinery29 in 2017: “I am very proud of that area of my life. But I’m also really proud of the show, and of the work I do. I think the perception is: You’re an ingenue, or you’re an icon, or you’re a mum. There’s no in between.”
“The excitement for a lot of people is: Man and woman meet, get married, then have a baby. But in the meantime, there’s so much more to women,” the 33-year-old continued.
“We have these flawed heroes so often leading shows. But a flawed heroine? She’s portrayed in a different way: so much more of a bitch, and if she’s older, certainly a dried up one.”
Although we respect their decision, we’re clinging onto the good news of the day and cannot wait to welcome the next Gossip Girl baby to the clan.
