Liam Hemsworth was noticeably absent from the 61st Annual Grammy Awards on Sunday night, ahead of Miley Cyrus’ performance at the awards ceremony. But, Romance co-star Rebel Wilson has revealed why.
“He’s texted us this morning. He was in hospital overnight, so hopefully he will be fine,” Rebel revealed during an interview with Extra.
In Hemsworth’s absence, the Hunger Games actor’s new wife, Miley Cyrus, walked the red carpet with her parents, Billy Ray Cyrus and Tish Cyrus.

The day before, Liam revealed that Miley had decided to take his last name after their wedding back in December.
Appearing on Live With Kelly and Ryan, Kelly Ripa started to ask about Cyrus, Liam adorably cut in and corrected her name, saying it’s “Miley Ray Hemsworth now, actually.”
Immediately, the hosts leaned in for more answers and asked if the star had changed her name.
“She’ll still be obviously known as Miley Cyrus, but she did,” Hemsworth confirmed. “She took my name, which was great. I think that was honestly one of the best things about it. I didn’t ask her to take my name, and then she’s like, ‘No, of course, I’ll take your name.’ And I’m like, ‘That’s awesome. That’s really good. Thank you’.”
