Beloved Author Liane Moriarty Has Announced An Exclusive Virtual Event To Celebrate The Release Of Her New Book

She'll be joined by Annabel Crabb.

Liane Moriarty is hardly a name that needs an introduction, given you’ve likely seen it plastered around bookshops and on major streaming networks for quite some time now.

Titles like Big Little Lies, Truly Madly Guilty and Nine Perfect Strangers are among some of her biggest, with the highly-anticipated TV adaptation of the latter dropping on Amazon Prime just yesterday. Big Little Lies was also adapted into a smash hit series, starring the likes of Nicole Kidman, Reese Witherspoon and Laura Dern.

As you can probably tell, the Australian author is a big deal in the literary world, and she’s showing no signs of slowing down.

Later next month, the best-selling author is set to release her latest novel, titled Apples Never Fall, which follows the seemingly perfect life of the Delaney family, whose worlds come crashing down when one of their children disappears, and they’re forced to re-examine everything.

Sounds pretty great, right? And in typical Liane fashion, we can expect that nothing is as it seems. To celebrate the launch of the book, Liane will be hosting a virtual event at the iconic Opera House alongside fellow writer Annabel Crabb, on Tuesday 14th September at 7pm.

Throughout the course of the evening, Moriarty will reveal intimate insights into her personal writing process, unforgettable characters and riveting storylines which have contributed to her global success.

In these difficult times right now, I feel especially grateful and excited to be launching my new novel at my hometown’s most iconic of locations: the Sydney Opera House. I’m thrilled that we have this opportunity to offer a safe, virtual event exclusively for Australian and New Zealand readers and I hope they will enjoy joining me and the wonderful Annabel Crabb at the Sydney Opera House from the comfort of their own homes!” Liane said in a press release.

Tickets are on sale now for $15, with the event promising to be an absolute must-see for fans of literature and Liane alike.
