It-Brits were out in force for the weekend’s royal wedding, from Cara Delevingne to Naomi Campbell, Ellie Goulding to Pixie Geldorf. But two famous faces were notably absent from Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank’s nuptials: Hollywood royalty Amal and George Clooney.
Given they live in London, love a royal wedding (let’s take another look at the vivid yellow dress Amal wore to Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s big day, shall we?) and happen to know Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank personally (the groom works for George’s tequila company), the high-profile pair were expected to RSVP a firm yes.
But sadly, prior commitments kept them away. Amal was booked in to speak at the Pennsylvania Conference for Women; George was doing his bit at Variety’s Power of Women event in LA.
