It should come as no surprise that we’re completely and utterly obsessed with Off Campus. Did we watch the entire series in one sitting? Maybe. Have we already rewatched it multiple times? Possibly.

If you are anything like us, finishing the show has probably only left you wanting more. Luckily, while we eagerly await season two, there’s plenty more hockey romance to fill the time.

You see, Off Campus is just the beginning of author Elle Kennedy’s sprawling romance universe. What started with Garrett and Hannah has since expanded into multiple interconnected series, all following a hockey players, college students and chaotic friendship groups falling in love.

The best part? Characters constantly pop back up throughout the books, meaning you never really have to say goodbye to your favourite Briar boys.

Do I Need To Read The Off Campus Books In Order?

Technically, no. Aside from The Legacy, which is set three years after the other books, the series can be read as standalone novels. However, they will make a lot more sense—and you’ll get to know the characters far better—if you read them in order.

Are The Off Campus Books Spicy?

There is definitely a fair amount of spice in these books, however, depending on what other romances you usually read, they probably sit somewhere in the middle of the spectrum. In our opinion, the spicy scenes in the Off Campus books feel intentional—they’re there to progress the characters and their relationships, rather than simply existing for shock value.

Do You Need To Read The All The Books Before Watching Off Campus?

Absolutely not! Off Campus (which is available to watch on Amazon Prime right now) can easily be watched without any prior knowledge of the books. If you have read the series, you’ll probably appreciate all the little details and character moments even more, but if not, well… you’re still in for a very pleasant surprise.

Where Can I Buy The Books?

If you’re a Kindle lover (if you’re not, I highly recommend it), you can purchase all of Elle Kennedy’s books on Amazon. However, if you prefer a paperback, good bookstores like Dymocks or QBD will also have the range.
