Weekly Fashion Digest: Isabel Marant’s New Mood And Loewe’s Fresh Pop-Up

The fashion news worth knowing

Ibiza meets Melbourne

Loewe is set to meet Melbourne next week, with the launch of the Spanish brand’s Paula’s Ibiza collaboration dropping in the Victorian capital. The pop-up, which will host an exclusive capsule of ready-to-wear and Loewe accessories, is the first time any of the Paula’s Ibiza collaborations will be available in Australia. Designed by Jonathan Anderson, the collection is everything we think of when we think of Ibiza: bright colours, tropical patterns and lots of fun. The pop-up will be open from May 2 until May 27 at the Marais Loewe store, 73 – 77 Bourke Street.

Summer fresh

While we might be heading into the depths of darkness that is winter, the rest of the world is gearing up for longer sunny days. Luckily for us, this means an exclusive Isabel Marant capsule collection with Net-A-Porter. Perfect for holidays in the Northern Hemisphere, the collection is everything you want for days at the beach. Complete with an exclusive floral print and plenty of summer punch, the 35-piece capsule belongs in every wardrobe, regardless of the season.

Winner, winner!

Blair Archibald has been crowned the winner of the BT Runway 2019 Emerging Designer Fashion Award, following previous winners like Albus Lumen, Christopher Esber and Michael Lo Sordo. Archibald is known for his unisex approach to basics, with collections that explore elevated basics in a wholly Australian way.
