"I like to remove my makeup with avocado oil - it’s gentle and helps restore the natural oils in my skin," she explains.
But the Oscar winner also enjoys, you know, eating them, as well.
"My mum always taught me that beautiful skin starts within, so it’s mostly about eating the right foods because what you put into your body will show up on the outside," she says. "I drink a ton of water and eat lots of vegetables. I have very dry skin, so adding oil to my diet is helpful. This is why I eat so many avocados. I also try to minimize red meat because it’s hard to digest."
