Ever since Netflix's Selling Sunset graced our screens, exploring the glitzy and dramatic world of real estate in Los Angeles, we've been not-so-patiently waiting for a similar offering to pop up on our very shores. Well, that day has come with Amazon Prime Video announcing the release of its newest reality series: Luxe Listings Sydney.
The reality series, as the name suggests, will deep dive into Sydney's real estate market—one of the most expensive, breathtaking and "competitive" in the world—with top real estate agents Gavin Rubinstein, D’Leanne Lewis, and Simon Cohen at the helm.
"Luxe Listings Sydney offers viewers an intimate look into the buying and selling of high-end, luxury real estate," its official description reads, with the series set to follow the intensely competitive professional lives of its three agents, as well as sharing glimpses into their personal lives.
Of course, viewers will get an inside look at some of Sydney's most luxurious homes—complete with both beachfront and harbour views, of course.
“We are pleased to be announcing the new Sydney real estate docu-reality series to our growing and successful Amazon Australian Originals line up,” says Erika North, Amazon Studios Head of Originals.
“We are looking forward to continuing our work with talented Australian producers to showcase the beautiful backdrop Sydney provides and give customers a glimpse into the world-class real estate market in this iconic city.”
If our obsession with Selling Sunset and Million Dollar Listings prove anything, it's that this series is shooting straight to the top of our must-watch lists.
We don't know much else about the series just yet, but we know it will premiere on Amazon Prime on July 9.

D’Leanne Lewis
Currently the principal at Laing+Simmons Double Bay, Lewis is no doubt going to bring her A-game with the know-how from her career that spans two decades. While we'll get to see her competitive side shine on the series, Lewis will also share insights into her life as a single mum of two adorable kids.
Simon Cohen
Cohen founded Cohen Handler, one of Australia’s leading property buyer’s agencies, in 2009 and is currently its CEO. According to his company website, Cohen has a "strong passion and knowledge" for property, which has seen his profile include homes valued between $500,000 and $22.5 million.
Gavin Rubinstein
According to his bio, Rubinstein is "defining a new era of real estate" with his agency the Rubinstein Group and is one of the "most desired property advisers" in Sydney. With his "character, negotiation skills and refined attitude", we have no doubt Rubinstein is going to keep things interesting on Luxe Listings Sydney.
Luxe Listings Sydney will premiere on Amazon Prime Video on July 9.
