"I was training so much that I developed pectoral muscles," she told the outlet.
"I had little breast tissue left and I wanted to feel more feminine and more like a woman. I also wanted to boost my confidence and change how I felt about my body."
Furthermore, the brunette breakout star also confirmed with the publication that she regularly gets lip and cheek fillers and was able to receive porcelain veneers before the final MAFS reunion.
Before the season has even begun, Hayley has already proven that she’s not afraid to ruffle a few feathers.
After the promotional photos for the upcoming season’s contestants were released last week, the reality star took to Instagram to slam Nine Network for reportedly heavily doctoring and photoshopping her face.
"Me after training tonight vs MAFS edited pics... whoever did these pics should be fired," she captioned the post showing the contrast in her appearance before and after the edit.
She also called the network out for changing the colour of her hair, claiming it has always been dark brown.
Surprisingly, Hayley garnered the support of former MAFS bride Jessika Power who rushed to the star's defence, begging critics to be kinder.
"You lot can be ruthless! Remember that your words can hurt or offend," the 28-year-old wrote. "I think she looks like a lot of fun and will no doubt bring the drama you all feed off when watching MAFS.
"Let's be a little kinder, guys. It costs absolutely nothing and this woman is about to be exposed to a lot of opinions."
