As with us all, Margot said she “[walks] the line between having as much fun as possible and continuing to take care of myself.”
“Eating well and exercise need to be prevalent in my life so that I can feel my best, but I don’t want to dwell on it too much,” she explained.
As far as exercise goes, Margot says she enjoys being active in her day to day life - “I like to play tennis, run around the park or do a dance class with girlfriends” - but says that above all else, reformer pilates is her go-to workout.
“If I’m making a conscious effort to exercise, I work with a Pilates trainer on a reformer machine, and that suits me and my body best,” she told The Telegraph.
Previously, in an interview with Emirates Woman, Margot said she gets "miserable" if she tries to limit herself too much with food. “I’m not good at doing moderation,” she said. “I get miserable if I don’t eat. I can’t just have a salad every day and a half a glass of wine every second day. I can’t do it.”
Same Margot, same. Now to book that reformer class and a chill a glass of rosé for afterwards to celebrate.
