It’s Time To Celebrate Australia’s Glass Ceiling Smashers

Introducing the marie claire + Bumble Glass Ceiling Awards

Women have been fighting for equal rights, equal pay and equal respect in the workforce since the dawn of the patriarchy. It’s time to recognise and applaud the trailblazing women and game-changing companies who are smashing gender boundaries and paving the way for the next generation. That’s why marie claire, in partnership with Bumble and supported by Estée Lauder Companies, have launched the inaugural Glass Ceiling Awards.

marie claire is all about championing and supporting Australian women. These awards, to be held on June 19 in Sydney, are an incredible opportunity to celebrate the advances that have been forged for working women while reflecting on the positive changes in Australia’s workplaces.
