She is the founder and CEO of Tech Ready Women and the creator of the Tech Ready Program—a ten-week accelerator specifically designed for non-tech female founders who want to step confidently into the tech space.

After two years of effort, Mon Purse is now valued at over $30 million.

Taryn is the Founder and CEO of WINK Models, as well as CEO & Founder of The Right Fit. Launched in 2016, TheRight.Fit, is an online influencer and talent platform now used by major advertising agencies and brands to find the best and brightest talent for their jobs. Taryn was as a Finalist in the 2015 Female Entrepreneur Awards, 2015 B&T Hot 30 under 30 and SmartCompany 30 under 30.

Lauren Silvers, Co-Founder, Glamazon

Lauren is a former beauty and fashion publicist, with experience executing large-scale PR and marketing campaigns. Lauren’s fast-paced lifestyle and desire to look polished for her job became the catalyst to the conception of Glamazon. In December 2016, Lauren partnered with successful fashion entrepreneur Lisa Maree, and together, Lauren and Lisa have grown Glamazon to be Australia’s largest on-demand at-home beauty marketplace.

Magda is a curious and creative product manager, who has spent the last 12 years crafting cross-platform digital experiences. She is the Senior Product Manager at eBay Classifieds Group currently working on Gumtree. Magda is responsible for shaping experiences that connect buyers, sellers and brands within Gumtree using data, messaging and AI technology.

Blaise McCann, Founder, Hear us Roar

Hear us Roar is the retail platform born out of Blaise’s own experience as a model for the past 10 years. It is a two-sided marketplace for ‘plus-size’ or ‘curvy’ women’s clothing, that connects local fashion designers who make women’s clothing in larger sizes with customers. Her goal is to build the platform into a global marketplace that can also shine a light on Australian fashion designers.

Hayley Warren, Founder & CEO, HALO Medical Devices

Hayley started her Subiaco-based company, HALO Medical Devices, while still a physiotherapy student. She developed a new goniometer, a tool used to measure joint movement and help recovery from injury. Hayley has since been named WA Innovator of the Year in the startup category, and attracted private capital and a Federal Government grant to take her product to the world.

Through her roles, Shelley has gained global experience in; innovation, strategy, sales, operations, marketing, culture, partnerships and growth.

Emma is the Co-Founder of retail tech start-up Shop You. She also has over 12 years’ experience in brand and marketing, having led marketing for iconic brands including Westfield, Diane Von Fürstenberg, Westpac and T-Mobile. Emma is passionate about disruption and forging new ground to create better customer experiences and support the retail industry. Helping businesses transform into a customer-centric approach is her specialty.
