All eyes and ears might be on MAFS' Coco and Cameron ahead of their inevitable cheating scandal on the Channel Nine social experiment, but another juicy rumour making the rounds online has got fans talking—and this time it involves bride Beck Zemek.
According to The Wash, halfway through filming Beck tried to escape the experiment after finding out her dog, Oscar, had become sick back home in Perth. Any dog lover would find this an absolutely understandable excuse to head home, but reportedly producers weren't having it.
If the report is to be believed, producers eventually reached a compromise and Beck was allowed to return home to see her pup so long as she returned to Sydney to finish filming alongside TV husband Jake Edwards. But, here's where it gets interesting—apparently, according to the outlet, upon returning home Beck reunited with her ex-boyfriend (and wasn't shy about keeping their newly rekindled romance a secret).
"We’re told by multiple sources that while back in Perth, Beck met up with a guy she used to see—which did not stay secret for very long," The Wash reports. "And all of the cast, including Jake, found out."
The report follows the Daily Mail revealing that prior to marrying Jake on the experiment, Beck was previously set to walk down the aisle with another footballer.
The 27-year-old was previously engaged to, Steven Verrier, who played in the West Australian Football League, and according to the outlet, following a decade-long relationship, the pair decided to call it quits.
Beck's on-screen partner, Jake, now 32, was once a rising AFL star playing for the Carlton Football Club.
