Meghan Markle will celebrate her 37th birthday this week on August 4, her first as an official member of the royal family.
No doubt Prince Harry has something very special planned for his new wife, but on the actual day, the couple will be celebrating someone else.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are planning to attend the wedding of Harry’s childhood buddy Charlie Van Straubenzee and Daisy Jenks, according to Hello!.
Before you judge Harry though, he’s serving as best man in the wedding – so it’s kind of important that he attend. The pair have also been friends since they were kids, both attending the Ludgrove Prep School in Berkshire.
Charlie and his older brother, Thomas van Straubenzee, also reportedly served as ushers at Harry and Meghan’s wedding in May.
We’re sure Harry will find some way to make it up to Meghan somehow…
