In today’s edition of six degrees of separation, Bethenny Frankel has revealed her royal connection to Meghan Markle and Prince Harry.
Speaking to Kyle and Jackie O, the Real Housewives Of New York star revealed that met Meghan’s ex husband, Trevor Engelson and that they went on a date.
“I met this guy as a romantic interest. His name is Trevor,” she said.
“So I met him in Chicago and we were supposed to go out, and I ended up seeing him one time and he’d been texting me. He’s a producer in L.A. He told me that he was married before. He’s divorced [now]. He was married to this girl named Meghan Markle from the TV show Suits.
Bethenny later took to Twitter to clarify that the pair met, but didn’t date.
When news of the royal engagement broke, Frankel says she told to Engelson, “Holy shit, your ex is going to be a princess!”
It seems the pair have remained in contact and are planning to work on an upcoming project together.
“He pitched me a TV show idea to produce together about a bunch of businesswomen, which I think we are going to do together,” she said. She also added, “There’s something salacious about doing a TV project with Meghan Markle’s ex.”
Engelson, a producer in LA, is reportedly also working on a project about a man who is dumped for a prince… interesting.
