Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are completing a tour of Ireland right now and, like us, royal onlookers can’t get enough of the Duchess of Sussex’s various hairstyles and outfits (that Givenchy green!). And one three-year-old fan in particular just couldn’t stop himself from touching her hair.
