Meghan Markle’s Wax Figure Is So Lifelike It Has To Be Seen To Be Believed

And she's headed to Sydney!

While many of us might never get the chance to meet the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, we do have the opportunity to meet the next best thing – their wax figures. The figures of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry will head to Madame Tussauds Sydney from July 1st.

The Duke and Duchess arrive as part of a revamped Royal experience which invites guests to walk, talk and dress like royalty. Guests are then invited to join the British Royal Family portrait, alongside Her Majesty, the Queen, Prince William and Kate Middleton

Meghan’s figure took over six months to create and her look was inspired by her recent trip to Australia. The striking figure is the product of 800 hours of craftsmanship, by a skilled and dedicated team of over 100 sculptors, artists and stylists from Madame Tussauds’ central studios in London.

The Duchess is dressed in the Dion Lee ‘Folded Sail’ dress in navy blue, in tribute to day three of the Royal Tour in Australia. Meghan’s figure is accessorised with nude heels and subtle jewellery in the style of the day’s outfit, as well as her engagement ring and wedding band.
