All Of Meghan Markle’s Outfits While On The Royal Tour Of Australia

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are currently on their first official royal tour of Australia and New Zealand, during which they’re attending the Invictus Games in Sydney and also visiting Fiji and Tonga. 

Of course, on their first day Down Under, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex announced they’re expecting their first child, making their first day in Australia – and the first baby bump sighting – that much more special. 

Below, everything Meghan Markle has worn while on the royal tour of Australia, so far.

Tuesday 16th October

While visiting the Opera House and Taronga Zoo, Meghan wore a white figure-hugging dress by Australian designer Karen Gee with a camel trench coat by Australian designer Martin Grant over the top. She wore suede, nude pumps by Stuart Weitzman and diamond, butterfly earrings which belonged to her late mother-in-law, Princess Diana.

Tuesday 16th October

For an afternoon reception at Admiralty House, Meghan changed into a dark green shirt dress by Brandon Maxwell. The Duchess changed up her beauty look by tying her hair back in a low bun and wore the same nude pumps.

Wednesday 17th October

For a trip to Dubbo, Meghan Markle wore a relaxed look, made up of a check blazer from friend Serena Williams’ fashion range, black skinny jeans by Australian brand, Outland Denim, a white shirt by Maison Kitsune, boots from JCrew and jewellery by Sydney brand Natalie Marie.

Thursday 18th October

For her first outing in Melbourne, Meghan Markle rewore the beige trench coat she had on in Sydney (made by Australian designer Martin Grant) with a royal blue dress bu Australian designer Dion Lee and matching blue pumps. The Duchess carried a white Gucci clutch and wore her hair in loose waves.

Friday 19th October

For a trip to Bondi Beach, the Duchess of Sussex wore a striped Martin Grant dress (the same Melbourne-born designer who made her trench coat) and espadrilles by Castañer (shoes she wouldn’t be allowed to wear around Queen Elizabeth).

Friday 19th October

After the beach, Meghan changed into a dress by London-based label Roksanda, paired with suede nude pumps and her hair styled half up-half down. The ‘Athena’ dress, which retails at $2,080, is surprisingly still available to shop

Saturday 20th October 

For the opening of the redesigned ANZAC Memorial in Hyde Park, Sydney the Duke of Sussex wore traditional military guard, while his wife Meghan wore a black dress by NZ-born designer Emilia Wickstead, a hat by Philip Treacy and black slingback heels by Tabitha Simmons.

Saturday 20th October

To attend the first event of the Invictus Games, Meghan changed into jeans by Mother, a white Altuzarra jacket and an official Invictus games shirt. She kept on the same Tabitha Simmons slingback heels.

To attend the official opening ceremony of the Invictus Games at the Sydney Opera House, Meghan wore a navy coat from the Dana Scully’s capsule collection for British label Winser London and nude Stuart Weitzman pumps.

Sunday 21st October 

To attend an Invictus Games reception with the Prime Minister, the Duchess wore a black turtleneck, black jeans and a white double-breasted L’Agence blazer with black pinstripes. Accessories wise, she wore Aquazzura pumps, Adina Reyter earrings and a black-and-white crossbody bag by Australian label Oroton.

On the way to Fraser Island, Meghan Markle wore a dress by high street label, & Other Stories, paired with Sarah Flint sandals and Karen Walker Eyewear.
