The Duchess of Sussex has officially completed her tour of all four new patronages with a visit to the Association of Commonwealth Universities on Thursday, with many thinking the pregnant royal is preparing to step out of the limelight to prepare for the arrival of her first child.

Meghan went to see the last of the set of official patronages she recently announced would help define her public life.

The 37-year-old royal arrived in a black Givenchy coat, which she previously wore last Remembrance Sunday. And she changed up her hairstyle and debuted a top knot.

Meghan headed to the City University in London to meet with students and academics from the Association of Commonwealth Universities network. Meghan became a patron of the ACU, a role she inherited from Queen Elizabeth, earlier this month.

During her visit, she spoke with Dr. Ephraim Kisangala, a Commonwealth PhD scholar from Uganda, who is studying Public Health and Health Promotion at Bangor University. They discussed his thesis on menstrual hygiene management in refugee settlements in his country. “The Duchess was very passionate about our work, I could tell she had a genuine concern for the women we are trying to help,” he said. “She has been to Africa and has also identified the problem herself in the past for the women who are suffering due to the attitudes towards menstruation across the world.”

Meghan’s visit comes just a day after husband Prince Harry had his own Commonwealth-focused visit. The soon-to-be father took part in a roundtable discussion with young leaders from around the world in his role as the Commonwealth Youth Ambassador. Here, the prince opened up about becoming a first time father.

“As someone who is about to become a father, I am acutely aware of our shared responsibility to make this world more resilient and its inhabitants more accountable for the next generation,” Harry told the crowd, according to Entertainment Tonight. “The only way to see real progress is not by chance, it’s by change.”
