Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are among the 300,000 people forced to flee their homes as California is ravaged with the worst bushfires in its history.
On November 12th the Woolsey Fire swept through hills around Malibu, killing at least 25 people and decimating thousands of homes including those of some well-known celebrities.
Cyrus shared a heartfelt statement on Twitter revealing she had lost her home in the fire and urged people to donate to emergency services. The 25-year-old expressed her gratitude that her pets and Liam made it out safely.
Following the release of her song Malibu, a ballad dedicated to the city and her fiance, Miley revealed during an interview with Billboard that Liam purchased their home in 2014 during their split, but when they reunited two years later, she moved in with him.
