The Australian Man Who Broke Into Miranda Kerr’s Home Not Standing Trial

The former boxer has been ruled "mentally incompetent"

There has been an update in the trial of an Australian man who is accused of breaking into Miranda Kerr’s Malibu home and slashing a security guard’s face with a knife on October 14, 2016.

News Limited reports that Shaun Anthony Haywood, 29, a former professional boxer from the NSW Central Coast, has pleaded not guilty in an LA court, however did not appear when his case was called.

Judge Alan Schneider told the court that Haywood, ruled mentally incompetent at an earlier hearing, was still not ready for proceedings to continue.

He adjourned the case to September 14 for a status report.
