These Are The Most Popular Fashion Items Of 2019

Do you own any?

Some items just don’t go away. We see them on the street, on Instagram and in our dreams. You know the ones — the items that everyone seems to own.

Now, fashion shopping platform Lyst has released the 10 most popular of said items, revealing exactly which bags and shoes everyone else is lusting over.

Taking into account the number of searches on the platform, plus data from Instagram and other social channels, Lyst has compiled the top 10 must-have items from the last few months. Top of the list? Gucci’s Soho Disco bag.

The cult accessory, which is a staple with the street style set, took out the number one spot, closely followed by the brand’s chunky logo belt. Coming in at number three was the Meghan Markle-approved sneaker from Veja, the sustainable footwear brand made with environment-loving raw materials.

The rest of the list is filled with versions of the ugly-pretty shoe, including one very interesting pair from Ugg (yes, Ugg) and the classic pair of Doc Martens.

Lyst has also released information on top brands of the quarter, revealing that (surprise surprise) Gucci came in at number one, with Off-White, Balenciaga and Moncler closely following. Fendi rounds out the top five, proving Italian and French designers rule when it comes to luxury goods.
