Mother-Of-Four’s Heartbreaking Final Message Before Giving Birth To Twins

She died of congenital heart failure the day after.

A mother-of-four beat cancer twice before she gave birth to twins. But the day after the special day, she died from congenital heart failure.

30-year-old Jamie Snider from California was diagnosed with a rare, aggressive form of cervical cancer before she got pregnant. However the cancer returned during her second pregnancy. She underwent intensive treatment and chemotherapy throughout, and beat the cancer again.

However sadly, after getting pregnant with twins and delivering them both prematurely at 33 weeks, Snider died from congenital heart failure the day after.

ABC7 reports that the mother-of-four took to Facebook to share one final message before she gave birth to the twins.

“Tomorrow will be a great day. God has been by my side the whole time. All your prayers and love have kept me going as well. Wish me luck,” the post read. “I’m having a C-section at 7 and then a radial hysterectomy right after. I’ll be fine. Thank you, God, for keeping me positive through all the hard times.”

Her babies, Camila and Nico, are healthy and stable, and have been described as ‘little miracles’.

Friends and family of Snider have set up three Go Fund Me pages to help the family: one to support the twins, one for Snider’s funeral, and one for donations to the family.
