Ever since Bella Hadid got inked with two teeny tiny wings on each ankle, the trend for miniature tattoos has soared (excuse the pun).
The latest iteration of the look might just be the best yet: called helix tattoos, they’re intricate, miniscule designs etched onto the outer curve of your ear.

Seoul-based tattoo artist Zihee is credited with starting the trend, according to Yahoo Style. With over 90k Instagram followers to his name, his style is nature motifs in saturated colour – think floral wreaths, single stem blooms and wind-blown leaves.
Cara Delevingne was one of the first celebrities to tap the trend, by way of a tiny diamond helix tattoo.
