Kate Middleton and Prince William attended the Chelsea Flower Show for the first time, joining the Queen and Prince Philip for their outing. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were there for an important reason – to see the pink and green chrysanthemum that has been named for Princess Charlotte.

Kate Middleton stepped out in an emerald-green coat dress by Catherine Walker and wore L.K. Bennett nude heels.

Prince William and Kate Middleton also saw the 5000 Poppies Garden, honouring war veterans, which they described as ‘a humbling experience’.
The Queen celebrated her 51st visit to the flower show, and enjoyed her stay.
