Celebrity romances are one of our favourite cultural indulgences, and few families understand that better than the Kardashian-Jenners.
From Kendall Jenner and Jacob Elordi to Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet, the family’s recent relationships have produced some of pop culture’s most fascinating pairings.
Never one to be outdone, Kim Kardashian and Lewis Hamilton are the latest duo capturing public attention.
Over the weekend, Kardashian touched down in Monte Carlo for her first Monaco Grand Prix, arriving in a custom Gucci look and embracing what may be her most unexpected title yet: F1 WAG.

Accompanied by sister Khloé Kardashian, Kim spent race day circulating through the paddock and hospitality suites, where celebrity sightings are almost as much a part of the spectacle as the racing itself.
She opted for a draped cream gown with a plunging back, black pumps and oversized purple shield sunglasses, while Khloé coordinated in a sandy-toned satin dress. The pair looked perfectly at home among Monaco’s luxury yachts, glamorous hospitality suites and designer-clad crowds.
But while the sisters may have nailed the dress code, Formula 1 fans were quick to scrutinise Kardashian’s paddock etiquette.
Did Kim Kardashian Snub Martin Brundle?
Ahead of the race, Kardashian sparked criticism after declining an interview with veteran Sky Sports presenter and former Formula 1 driver Martin Brundle during his now-iconic grid walk.
For those unfamiliar with Formula 1, Brundle’s pre-race grid walk has become a fixture of race day. For decades, he has wandered packed starting grids in pursuit of actors, athletes, musicians, royals and the occasional bewildered A-lister. Agreeing to a quick chat is standard.
Video footage showed Brundle introducing himself and asking Kardashian how she was enjoying the event. After a brief pause, during which a member of her entourage appeared to whisper in her ear, Kardashian continued walking without responding.
“Normally people will have a quick chat with us,” Brundle remarked. “Okay, Kim and Khloé, so we’re not talking today.”
Why Do Fans Think Kim Kardashian Took Kimi Antonelli’s Towel?
As the day unfolded, Kardashian appeared to stumble into another paddock faux pas.
A viral clip seemed to show her using a towel belonging to Mercedes driver Kimi Antonelli to dab her forehead, prompting fresh commentary from fans convinced she had mistaken team equipment for a personal amenity.
That said, we’re fairly certain Antonelli wasn’t left towel-less. Assuming it was even his to begin with, we’re confident Mercedes had a spare on hand.

Following Hamilton’s second-place finish behind Antonelli, the traditional podium celebrations got underway. As champagne began spraying in every direction, Kardashian appeared momentarily caught off guard by one of Formula 1’s oldest traditions.
Hamilton enthusiastically joined the celebrations. Kardashian, meanwhile, made a swift retreat from the splash zone, with one person shielding her from the spray while another produced an umbrella.
Still, Monaco’s most important endorsement came from Hamilton himself.
“It’s amazing to have her come this weekend and have her support,” he told reporters afterwards. “It’s amazing to have good people around you and supporting you. And she does that for me every day.”
How Long Has Lewis Hamilton Been Dating Kim Kardashian?
While Kim Kardashian and Lewis Hamilton have known one another for years, romance rumours did not begin circulating until February 2026. Since then, the pair have been spotted everywhere from Paris to the English countryside, before making a joint appearance at the Super Bowl.
By June, they made things Instagram official, signalling the relationship is going from strength to strength.
