Sienna Miller has welcomed her third child! The 44-year-old actress and her boyfriend, Oli Green, 29, celebrated their second child together, marking Miller’s third overall.

While the baby’s name and gender remain private, Miller told E! News, “I’m on very little sleep but I’m madly in love with my baby,” capturing the familiar whirlwind of early parenthood.

The newest arrival joins daughter Marlowe, 13, from her relationship with ex Tom Sturridge, and her first child with Green, born at the end of 2023. Miller first shared news of her pregnancy on Instagram after an eight-year hiatus, having debuted her baby bump at the 2025 Fashion Awards in London.

For Miller, entering motherhood in her forties brings clarity and confidence that eluded her in her twenties. In a recent interview with British Vogue, she reflected on the unique perspective life at 40 affords.

“At this stage, you know yourself and your priorities. You’re less caught up in proving anything, and you savour the small moments—reading in bed, spending time with family, being present for your children,” she said. For her, late motherhood is not just about timing; it is about experience, stability, and a readiness to embrace life fully.

Miller’s reflections underscore a broader cultural shift: while the average age of mothers in the UK is now 31, and fathers nearly 34, pregnancies in one’s forties are increasingly celebrated for the maturity and resources they bring.

“There is no right time to have a child—or more children,” she observes. “Criticism and scrutiny will come at any age, but it’s part of parenting and life. The reward is being intentional, grounded, and fully present.”

With a growing family and a reflective outlook, Miller embodies modern motherhood: deliberate, grounded, and unflinchingly honest.

Her newest arrival is both a personal milestone and proof that life’s later chapters can still throw the best surprises. By doing motherhood her way, Miller celebrates not just her baby but the hard-won wisdom, calm, and perspective that come with age.
