Taking to Instagram on the day of the inauguration, Lawson did a throwback Thursday for her 'Recipe of the Day', sharing a delectable dessert masterpiece from her Simply Nigella cookbook: a Bitter Orange Tart.
The shade is real, and Twitter was here for it.

She also wasn't the only one who decided to celebrate Trump's exit from the White House—which, just as a side track, was done so by telling the American people to "have a good life" before walking off to the Village People's track, "YMCA".
Even a reality series cooked up from our wildest dreams couldn't have been more absurd.
Swedish climate activist Greta Thunberg—who, despite being only in her teens—would often catch the brunt of Trump's verbal online attacks.
Sharing a photo of the former president to Instagram, she wrote: "He seems like a very happy old man looking forward to a bright and wonderful future. So nice to see!"
Thunberg's latest troll on Trump was inspired almost word-for-word from a sarcastic tweet from 2019, following the activist calling out world leaders for failing to take climate change action at the U.N. Climate Action Summit.
"She seems like a very happy young girl looking forward to a bright and wonderful future! So nice to see!" Trump, who has since been banned for the social platform, tweet at the time.
Other celebs took a more sigh-of-relief approach to celebrate Trump's presidential term ending. Understandable, considering the four-year span saw the first president in United States history impeached twice, more than 400,000 deaths, and countless crimes.
As Chrissy Teigen said: "We can officially say Donald J Trump is the greatest at being the fucking worst."
