16-Year-Old Girl Only Found Out She Was Gang Raped When Police Found GoPro Video

The men filmed the entire 17-minute-long attack

A drunk 16-year-old girl only found out she had been gang raped at a Sydney house party when police found video footage of the attack six weeks later.

The 17-minute long GoPro video allegedly shows a group of men having sex with the 16-year-old in a bedroom in May 2015, an NSW court heard on Wednesday.

“One by one we’ll all get a f***,” one man can be heard saying in the video, prosecutor Sharon Harris said in the crown opening address, as reported by The Daily Mail.

The jury was told the girl was invited to the house party after befriending 26-year-old Tristan Carlyle-Watson on Facebook.

She asked him “to take care of her” because she didn’t know anyone.

At the party she smoked cannabis and drank alcohol to the point where she wasn’t able to consent to sexual intercourse, Ms Harris said.

The girl has no recollection of the night’s events, other than waking up in bed with Carlyle-Watson allegedly forcing his penis into her mouth.

Police officers tracked her down over a month and a half later and informed her of what had happened in the video.

Ms Harris says the film shows a group of men having sex with her “sometimes … simultaneously, sometimes taking turns.”

The teen can be heard saying she’s tired and wants to sleep before one man says “I’ll get this f***ing party started c***.”

The men used pig Latin in their conversations, with one of the men saying: “don’t you ilmfay (film) me… I can’t be going to ourtcay (court)…”

Kurt Stevenson, 26, Andrew Waters, 24, and Tristan Carlyle-Watson, 26, have each pleaded not guilty to multiple offences including aggravated sexual assault in company and inflicting actual bodily harm, News.com.au reports.

The trial continues.
