6 Of The Biggest Revelations From Love, Pamela

Pamela Anderson Accused Tim Allen Of Flashing Her On The Set Of Home Improvement

In April of 1991, eighteen months after Pamela Anderson first appeared on the cover of Playboy, the star joined the cast of the cult-favourite sitcom Home Improvement.

She alleges in Love, Pamela that it was on her very first day on set when Tim Allen, the show’s lead, reportedly flashed her.

“I laughed uncomfortably,” she wrote in the memoir, making an allegation that Allen accosted her in a robe on the Walt Disney Studio lot before flashing her his naked body.

“He opened his robe and flashed me quickly—completely naked underneath,” she wrote.

“He said it was only fair, because he had seen me naked,” she added.

“Now we’re even. I laughed uncomfortably.”

Following the allegation, Allen released a statement to the publication vehemently denying Anderson’s claim.

“No, it never happened. I would never do such a thing,” he told the tabloid.

Anderson also wrote in a text to a Variety journalist that she believes Allen had “no bad intentions” by allegedly flashing her.

“Tim is a comedian, it’s his job to cross the line,” she wrote.

“I’m sure he had no bad intentions. Times have changed, though. I doubt anyone would try that post #MeToo. It’s a new world.”

Pamela Anderson Claimed To Have Walked In On Jack Nicholson Having A Threesome At The Playboy Mansion

Elsewhere in Love, Pamela, Anderson claimed to have walked in on Jack Nicholson engaged in a ménage à trois at the Playboy mansion.

As she wrote in the memoir, Anderson claimed the Academy Award winning actor was having a threesome in the bathroom.

“Mr. Nicholson had two beautiful women with him,” she wrote.

“They were all giggling and kissing up against the wall, sliding all over each other.

“I walked by to use the mirror, bending over the sink to fix my lip gloss. Trying not to look, but I couldn’t help myself and caught his eye in the reflection.

“I guess that got him to the finish line, because he made a funny noise, smiled and said, ‘Thanks, dear’.”

Pamela Anderson Reveals New Details About Her Upbringing

The memoir also explores the abuse Pamela was subject to throughout her life.

In her interview with Variety, the publication claimed that Pamela was exposed to domestic violence early—though doesn’t go into detail how—and it was this that “shaped Anderson’s choice in men and taught her how to protect herself”.

Pamela Anderson Accused Her First Boyfriend Of Trying To Kill Her

Anderson claimed that her first boyfriend tried to run her over when she was 18.

She also detailed another instance of domestic abuse where she was reportedly pushed so hard by her boyfriend that she “had no choice but to open the door when the car was moving and rolled straight into a ditch”.

“As I matured, I noticed most of my boyfriends were bad—and progressively got worse,” she wrote.

Pamela Anderson Recounts Three Accounts Of Sexual Abuse

Pamela Anderson has previously spoken about her alleged sexual abuse, however Love Pamela reportedly goes into new detail about the reported rape and molestation.

“I didn’t tell anybody, I just blocked it out,” she wrote in the memoir.

As per Variety, who received an advance copy the book “detailed three harrowing incidents of sexual abuse in her life”.

“A female babysitter repeatedly molested her as a child. A 25-year-old man raped her when she was 12. And a high school boyfriend and a group of his friends sexually assaulted her,” the publication claimed

“My babysitter was female, and people would never assume that she was molesting me. It shouldn’t make a difference. Everyone is capable of horrible things,” she told Variety.

Pamela Anderson Detailed The Domestic Abuse That Led To Her Divorce From Tommy Lee

In Love, Pamela, Anderson revealed that her stolen sex tape with then-husband Tommy Lee was the catalyst for their marriage breakdown.

“It ruined lives, starting with our relationship — and it’s unforgivable that people, still to this day, think they can profit from such a terrible experience, let alone a crime,” she wrote, as per an excerpt obtained by People.

Pamela then continued to detail the night in 1998 where Lee physically abused her and their young sons, Brandon Thomas and Dylan Jagger, which eventually led to Anderson filing for divorce.

“Tommy ripped Brandon off me and threw me and Dylan into a wall,” she wrote.

Following the incident, Lee was arrested for spousal abuse and served six months in jail.

In documents read out at Lee’s sentence hearing back in 1998, the presiding judge Deputy Dist. Atty. Kathy Solorzano, stipulated that the abuse left Anderson with “bruises, a torn fingernail and fear for the safety of her two sons, Dylan and Brandon”.
