One of the infamous 'Peru 2' drug mules who was caught trying to smuggle cocaine from Peru into Spain, has now been released from jail and signed to a talent agency.
Michaella McCollum was 20 when she attempted to take $2.5m worth of drugs, alongside another young British girl, Melissa Reid, from South America to Europe.
She served just two years of her six year sentence and has now returned home to Ireland with hopes of becoming a star.
The now 24-year-old signed with BLVK Management, an agency which also represents UK reality TV celebrities, such as Geordie Shore’s Gaz Beadle and Scotty T.
Reportedly, the agency has been inundated with offers since signing Michaella on.
Agent Adam Gregory told The Sun, "We deal with comments, press queries and we’re also looking into future TV shows for Michaella"
"She’s currently filming a documentary around the UK. It doesn’t have a name yet."
"There seems to be a lot of interest in Michaella. There’s been a lot of interview and TV requests."
