Pia Miller Unpacks Her Travel Beauty Essentials

Travel beauty guru

Constantly travelling between filming on Sydney beaches and tropical photo shoot locations means that actress, model and ambassador for Invisible Zinc knows what beauty products to pack.

FLYING HIGH

“The night before I fly, I’ll always do a bit of prep. I apply a face mask, hair mask, drink lots of water and do anything else that hydrates my face and body. On flights, I make sure I have water on hand … and will typically cleanse and moisturise my face at least once before landing. I also use a few different essential oils, such as lavender, to relieve any stress and help me sleep.”

HOLIDAY MUST-PACKS

“I always pack my beauty essentials first, which is always Invisible Zinc Sheer Defense Moisturiser in Medium, my Macabalm [macadamia lip balm], Gillette Venus Snap Portable Compact Razor [$15.99. Miller is ambassador for Gillette Venus], shampoo, conditioner, a sea salt spray and all my potions from Vaia Beauty in Sydney.”

HER BEAUTY MUST-HAVES

“A good SPF 50+ tinted moisturiser, Guerlain Terracotta The Bronzing Powder for a beautiful glow [Miller is an ambassador for Guerlain, as well as for Invisible Zinc], M.A.C Eye Pencil in Coffee, Guerlain Rouge G lipstick in their signature red for the evening, and mascara is important to finish off any look.”

HER SUMMER MAKE-UP MUSTS

“A little bit of RMS Beauty ‘Un’ Cover-Up [$52], a light dusting of Benefit Hoola Bronzer [$28] and I’ll finish it off with waterproof mascara.”

SUMMER BODY BOOST

“Once a week during summer, I do a good full-body exfoliation and body brush to get everything flowing. I always moisturise, as it keeps the skin hydrated and looking its best. But my number-one tip is, no matter what the season, never leave the house without an SPF base on.”

BEACH HAIR

“I have naturally wavy hair, so I tend to wear it with a slight bend for every day, but lately I’ve tried out the dead-straight look and kinda love it!”
