"I don't get fussy, though, because I enjoy food too much. But a week or so before an event - (we're sure her wedding qualifies) - I'm quite conscious of eating really nutritious foods to store energy and I cut out alcohol, refined sugar and processed foods," she told HELLO!
Pippa is also a fan of the SirtFood Diet, which was introduced to her by her former trainer Pete Geracimo, who has also trained Adele and Kim Catrall.

Fitness wise, the younger sister of the Duchess of Cambridge has been attending exclusive fitness centre and private club KX Gym in Chelsea, where she does various classes including pilates, E! News reports.
However, with a marathon already under her belt, a cross-country ski race across Norway, a Swiss Alps mountain climb, and a 4,800km cycle across the U.S.A., she's probably definitely in pretty good shape already.
