Prince George Isn’t Interested In Playing With Princess Charlotte Anymore

The little prince is “very independent”

Prince George is just five years old but he already has the weight – and the eyes – of the world on him as he will one day be the King of England.

When he was little he won the hearts of the world with his adorable chubby cheeks but as he has grown up, we’ve seen a more reserved personality emerge, with Princess Charlotte taking the front seat. Now a source has revealed to People what the little Prince is really like, describing him as “chatty and charming”.

“George takes a little while to warm up,” says the source, adding “but once he’s comfortable with you, he’s very chatty and charming.”

The source also revealed that George is “very independent now” and says he’s not as interested with playing with little sister, Princess Charlotte, three, as much anymore.

“They are close, but George likes to go off and do his own thing.”

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are reportedly very conscious of raising their children as normal as possible, with a source previously revealing that Kate is “adamant” that their kids are allowed to be kids.

“At home they play in the mud, fall off their ponies, and have screaming tantrums,” a source told Radar.

E! Online reported previously that William and Kate “are trying to delay that moment of realisation,” according to royal author Catherine Mayer, adding “and give him normality before they thrust this on him.”
